- Report detailing the best cloud transformation path for the organization (e.g., off-premise, on-premise, or hybrid) as well as the best cloud transformation tool (e.g., AWS, IBM, Google, or Internal)
- Additionally, the report will provide clients with recommendations for improving one or more focus areas with the chosen technology direction, and insuring proper alignment
- Along with providing the assessment report, clients will receive action items along with measurable objectives aimed at driving a detailed SOW
